Cancellation Policy

This policy defines the cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions for tours booked with Renilton Turismo (CNPJ 30.399.655/0001-45).

1. Cancellation by the traveler

More than 48 hours in advance: full refund (100%). Between 24 and 48 hours in advance: 50% refund or free rescheduling. Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund.

2. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is free when requested more than 24 hours in advance, subject to availability on the new date. There is no limit on rescheduling, as long as the minimum notice period is respected.

3. Weather cancellations

If the tour cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, storms), Renilton Turismo will offer: free rescheduling to another available date or full refund. The decision on tour viability will be made by the responsible guide, always prioritizing participant safety.

4. Cancellation by Renilton Turismo

In exceptional cases that make the tour impossible (mechanical issues, safety concerns, ICMBio regulations), the traveler will be entitled to: free rescheduling or full refund, at their choice.

5. How to request cancellation

To cancel or reschedule your tour, contact us via WhatsApp +55 98 99188-4256. Provide the booking name and tour date. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7 business days through the same payment method used for the booking.
